This battery switch is necessary for any serious race car as a safety item
and useful on street cars. On street cars they are a cosmetic and
practical item. They keep the battery from dying when the car is being
stored over long periods of time and look great doing it. It gets
installed in the positive cable between the battery and the rest of the car.
It is rated for a 50 amp continuous load and a 10 second 1000 amp momentary
load. The red key is removable and replaceable for an extra level of
security.
