This is our premiere solid axle performance rear suspension.  The Mustang 4-link that is standard on our kits works great for street driving and drag racing.  The 3-link was designed with the road racer in mind.  It uses a panhard bar to locate the axle left to right and lower the roll center in the car.  The adjustable upper link allows the pinion angle to be adjustable and provides a great increase in anti-squat.  The 3-link is also standard equipment with Challenge Car kits.

The 3-link kit includes all bracketry (powder coated gloss black), all links, and fasteners needed for installation.  This kit is retrofit able into any solid axle equipped Factory Five kit, and if ordered with a kit, we will weld in all the bolt in bracketry.

This suspension can be used with stock lower control arms and shocks/springs, but with our lower control arms and coil-overs, you have an unbeatable package.  The 3-link, coil-overs, and lower control arms are available in a discounted package called the 3-link bundle #13412.

Installation notes

  -If retrofitting, you must cut out the passenger side 4-link bracket and grind the frame smooth in that area.  Retrofitting also requires the battery to be moved if it is mounted under the trunk.
