The body shell we manufacture is hand laid and uses a vinylester resin for
superior strength and stability. We use a black sandable gel coat to
protect and seal the fiberglass. The basic body comes with all edges trimmed. The body is designed to fit our
chassis and panels only. The whole shell weighs about 110lbs.
The cutout option includes:
-Headlights
-Taillights
-Front turn signals
-Windshield slots
-Side louvers
-Side exhaust
-Quickjack holes
-Gas cap
-Chassis mounting point holes
-Wiper holes (if ordered with kit)
-Roll bar cutouts (only done if bought with a kit)
